Ok, I guess I'll clear this up.
The Flaming C is Conan's alter-ego comic character. He did a sketch a few weeks back where he sat down with a guy from WB that develop and animate the DC super hero shows. Basically a comic book artist.
Basically Conan started throwing out idea, etc, etc and there you have
The Flaming C.
Now as for the screen cap above (and YES I would like a larger, clearer version posted) Conan has a sort of 'contest' where people Tweet their captions for the
Flaming C.
If you've ever watched the show, when they come back from commercial there is usually a 'slash' screen of an image, behind the scenes, etc, etc (Just found out its called a "show bumper"). In this case, they used the comic image of the
Flaming C and added the tweet.

I don't think it's a "shot" at the Flames. I thought it was kinda cool.
