Total Current Monthly Services $132.90

Any suggestions on how to get this monthly bill lowered? Do I need to suggest switching to telus, or am I paying about right for the service I'm getting. I'm fairly happy with Shaw other that the wonky PVR menu freezing and poor audio quality we get.
