Gardener wanted

I bought a house in July and it came with flowers. I have no clue what to do with them. I am looking for someone that will come and do some spring cleanup and teach me what I need to do to maintain everything throughout the summer. I would probably hire them again in the fall to do cut down the ones that need to be cut and leave the ones that don't???

If anyone does this for a living or has someone that does this for them please let me know.
