Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of the customer experience, including assistance with energy management services, installation of Site Server hardware/software at customer facilities, and continual customer communication
Work with the field operations team to optimize metering configurations to best serve our customers
Fully understand contractual and regulatory issues relating to the regional grid operator, our customers, and other parties
Troubleshoot various components related to energy management including but not limited to networking devices, control & monitoring systems, automatic transfer switches, and backup generators
Represent a team who strives for Operational Excellence and first-class Customer Service
Effective communication skills are critical and required Required Qualifications/Skills/Education:

BA/BS in engineering, sciences, statistics, mathematics, economics, computer science, or other related fields
A minimum of three years experience specifically relating to energy management or energy systems through consulting, project or construction management, or other relevant experience
A proven track record demonstrating the ability to work in a fast paced, forward moving environment with the ability to quickly learn new technology
Outstanding communication skills with the proven ability to utilize these skills across groups within and outside the organization
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Broad understanding of business considerations associated with our installations
Ability to apply creativity and objectivity while solving technical problems
Ability to travel locally as needed Desired Qualifications/Skills/Education:

Computer and networking experience
Electrical or other engineering, design, or project contracting experience
Certified Energy Manager certification is a benefit but not required
