Mixing Audio

Well I'm trying to mix a sound clip of the Flames goal horn with The Ring of Fire but I don't have a clue on what program to use.

Try Audacity, it's Open Source : http://audacity.sourceforge.net/

I think you need to download a separate encoder for mp3, as they are not allowed to incorporate them into Audacity.

Adobe Audition is what I would use. If you want, I can do it for you if you wanna send me the mp3's of the song and clip. Just tell me how you want me to do it and I can fool around with the audio.
