In a minor deal made today, Flyers winger Matthew Barnaby was sent with his bags packed to the Dallas Stars in exchange for winger Radovan Somik. Barnaby was aquired earlier in the summer by former GM liamenator, however after making deals in the last few months new GM Dan Lemmon decided that Barnaby as a checking line winger was not going to work out, instead aquiring a similarly talented forward in Somik, but one who is better at looking after his own end. Lemmon is also said to be looking to trade forward Trent Klatt, but no deals have been made so far for Klatt.
