How to change .psd to .jpg?

I made my new sig but Photoshop wont let me change it to anyother file type then psd?

Use File -> Save for Web and there should be an option there.. try JPG and GIF, sometimes GIFs can come out smaller and look the same.

It won't save because you have multiple layers. Go to Layer -> Flatten Image

Now you can save as anything you want.
