I post these in advance in the event you are in the market but can't find what you want.
I have 2 Kensington condos that have been fully renovated. Both 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and around 850 sq ft. One of them is in the heart of Kensington (Kensington Cl) and the other is closer to 14th st and 7th ave.
Both will be priced no higher than $350,000
The other listing is in West Hillhurst at the end of a quiet cul de sac and just minutes from Crowchild and Memorial. We will be in the high 700's to low 800's.
Its a beautiful detached infill that was built in the early 2000's.
