*Update: Not a ton to update - Pricing is still from 279-389. Actual pricing will not be released until the first day purchase contracts can be written. March 8th they will be accepting clientele who have been pre approved through their in house mortgage specialist at TD (contact me if you want that brokers info). I should have verified but do not think you will be locked in with that mortgage specialist. This is more so they know you 100% have the ability to purchase the place. March 9th will be the VIP sales date...anyone I have (or any realtor) registered in advance will have access to purchase at this time.
Construction should start this summer with possession in 2015.

The general public believes that by not using a Realtor for new developments, they will save money on their purchase. This is 100% not the case with most developments. What they didn't know is that developers have a Realtor budget already set aside and do not care either way if you are using one or not. Looks like a really great location. Interesting to see it's over 80% 1 bedroom units. Do you think this means there will be more renters and less owners living there? Are there downsides to living in a building of mostly one bedroom suites?

The location and pricing definitely lends itself to the "professional singles" crowd, and even investors looking to rent out units. Barely a 2 minute walk to the LRT station and quick access to the UofC, SAIT, and the CBD.

With good bylaws and a solid condo board there is no reason to be concerned about a building with so many one bedroom units.

I was down at the sales center Friday night and at that point they had sold 40-45 places. After the weekend I would say they are well over 50% sold out in 3 days.
The large corner units on the top 2 floors were all gone right away!
