When you buy or sell real estate through myself you will potentially work with a handful of people to ensure your best interests are looked after. This thread names just some of those people. I know not everyone will use my services but perhaps need suggestions on the other services throughout the process of buying or selling.

What I can share is that he is very personable and unlike many real estate lawyers I have worked with he takes the time to ensure you understand everything that is going on. - Randy has been my go to guy for many inspections over the years. He is very thorough and uses a infrared geothermal camera at no additional cost. I am not fond of inspectors who charge extra for this service as you really do not have a complete inspection unless it is used. The use of this camera can save you thousands in the long run. Randy also gives a complimentary re visit once you have taken possession in the event you have any questions about your new home.

IMO If you are buying a condo then you NEED to have the condo documents reviewed. Joanna typically takes a few days to go over them and then calls you in for a sit down. When you have finished with Joanna you will know if there are going to be any soon to be special assessments, condo fee hikes etc. She has also suggested to many clients that they get active on the board and demand a condo fee increase to avoid future special assessments.

Call the survey company who is on the original. It will be much much cheaper.

A bump for another mortgage specialist. Matthew is with BMO and BMO offers air miles if you use their services. Any air mile junkies like myself may want to look into this!
