With so many questions in this section related to Real Estate Law it made sense to create its own thread.

Troutman is a real estate lawyer. He has been answering questions directed to me that were related to his field of work.

Do you still have an aweffice in that Wellness Centre on Crow and Kensington? I saw that building is on sale?

A key tenant left at the end of 2010 (a dozen mortgage brokers), so it did not make sense for me to keep the branch office. It was working well up until then.

If the building was sold, it would likely be used for a similar purpose.
