With one application, the mortgage broker couples that application with one credit bureau and is able to submit that application to more than 30 different financial institutions to find you the best deal in a mortgage.
Mortgage Brokers typically dont charge a fee as they are paid a commission by the financial institution that you eventually sign with. Most commissions are identical in nature so there is no favouritism with any one particular financial institution.
