Was thinking about a ski trip, or something. Banff seems to close to bother but...

Anyway, looking for specials for a big chalet, or something like that, maybe stay two nights. Hang out in a hot tub, drink... wear sweaters

Fernie, Kimberly, Revelstoke, Banff/Canmore, crowsnest, etc.

Any suggestions?

I'm not really gay, but it sounds fun.

Just let me know when.

The fiancee and I stayed at some cabins on HWY 93 just south of HWY 1. Wolf something? I'll try and track down the name.

It was a nice break.

edit:

Not sure where I got Wolf from.. Storm Mountain (http://www.stormmountainlodge.com/location.html)

Jasper. Its like Banff but with less tourists.

x2 I far prefer Jasper over Banff. Bonus to this trip is that the Icefields Parkway is one of the most scenic drives in the world.

Stayed there a couple of nights last week with my dad and one of my kids for a ski break. Was kind of Meh. The rooms aren't aging all that well, but the amenities are decent. Food is overpriced and a little underwhelming for what you are paying. Luckily I was skiing on Tuesday in the snow so the skiing was great at Nakiska.
