View Full Version : Really scary pizza guy.... be careful
Shakira

I live with 2 of my girlfriends and her baby, we ordered pizza one night from Pizza 73. Mind you it was really late, and we were all in our jammies. The pizza guy rings the door bell, my roomate answers the door and asks him to wait a minute. He then proceeded to enter the house (completely uninvited) and close both doors behind him and made extremely inappropriate sexual advances on myself and my roomates, including pulling the blanket off one of my roomates. It went to such a degree that we feared for our saftey. We have reported this incident.
I am putting this out here, because if it was just one girl I am SURE it could have been ALOT worse. Please tell the women you love to be careful and not trust any men including delivery or repair men alone with them. I had no idea how easily my safety could be compromised until this weekend.

I thought this was gonna be about the Panago pizza guy... he's pretty scary.
What'd you guys do to get him out? This is why I answer the door holding my massive metal flashlight.

People are weird.
Luckily he didn't go after any house hold pets, that truly would have been a tragedy.

I can only imagine why 2 of the 5 first posts in this thread were edited.
I usually pick up my pizza, delivery guys are delivery guys for a reason.

It's those damn chicken wings. Man those are good...enough to make you suffer through crappy pizza to get em.
Scary situation. My girlfriend orders from Pizza 73 all the time.

That's freaky. What kind of weirdo does stuff like that? Does he expect it be like some porno and everyone to just get jiggy?
Post his appearance and what not so that he can be harassed at every opportunity.

Someone is trying to alert you of a possible creep and many posts here are just jokes. This is just a reminder to anyone staying at home to be more aware of anyone that rings your door. Common sense stuff, but sometimes people still need a reminder. Thanks Shakira.

I realize women walk this planet with a degree of fear, being physically weaker than men, but it's this attitude that runs so rampant in our western society. I hate it.
I went to help some lady with her groceries in the Safeway parking lot some time ago, and I dont know if I caught her by surprise or what but she seemed really startled when I approached her. Its just sad and I think its a mistake to paint all men with the same brush. I think the media has alot to do with this as well. It makes people live in fear.
You have to believe that there are good people out there and have a positive outlook, but at the same time use some common sense about being out alone at night and whatnot.

Some pimply faced youth delivering pizza opened the door to find three presumably hot women in their pyjamas. If porn has taught him anything, he's just walked in on the beginnings of a massive lesbian orgy, but the girls still want a guy around.
Clearly not his fault, it's all the porn industry. I smell a class action lawsuit here.
Seriously though, that is creepy. Kinda sad that the moral of the story is "don't trust men".

The part I don't get is why you didn't answer the door with money in hand so you could just get rid of him quickly? I mean, I NEVER order food and answer the door without having my money ready. Leave a door open and a stranger waiting there? No thanks.

A serious response was in order until the "this proves that you don't trust men" comment. Then I realized, 'why offer advice or sympathy after that comment'.

I would guess that maybe you are taking it out of context and maybe a few commas would have helped her original post.
Please tell the women you love to be careful and not trust any men, including delivery or repair men, alone with them. I had no idea how easily my safety could be compromised until this weekend.
Anyways, I am not trying to pick fights. I just thought a lot of posts were written in poor judgement and it pissed me off. I can see your side also but care less about a possible sexist fear mongering comments than I do about the well being of the OP who will likely not post her concerns here in the future for fear of being mocked.

While I sympathize with the OP and her friends, and I'm sure they were shaken up by this, no one got hurt. It serves as a good warning, especially to single women, about opening your door to a stranger.
That said, I found this thread to be hilarious. Even the title of the thread itself is quite hilarious.

.
I have been having a really bad week, I have encountered some EXTREMELY rude people, and I think I'm a pretty nice person. Is there are reason why people are complete s right now?
ex, I was going to buy a dog and questioned the owner about the dogs temperament and training (german shepard- fair question right?) I live in a house with my child and dont want an agressive dog. The owner was rude and condesending to me and told me to stop waisting his time and then hung up on me! WTF? I was extremely polite and I cant understand what solicited this reaction

Well, I thought it sounded kinda creepy and I'd be freaked out. Although the story does also sound a bit like a "watch out for this!" email forward.
If it really did happen I hope OP called the police AND pizza 73.
Whatever the case, I guess the advice boils down to: be careful about strangers. Kind of the same as looking both ways when you cross the street - learned the lessons a long time ago but a reminder doesn't hurt every once in awhile. :)
