Ok, I've made a couple of realizations, first and foremost, I'm old. Second and equally foremost, years of sports and general tom foolery have destroyed my knees.
I currently own a non motorized treadmill, I will post the brand and type tonight when I get home. Its in excellent shape, I also have the tool kit and the lubricant for the base board.
I'm looking for an excercise bike in trade, preferably an upright variety.
