I can normally stomach a loss pretty well, but tonight's tilt against Peoria was the first time I came home from a game in a truly crappy mood. Brent Krahn made some fine saves in regulation tonight, and his teammates need to give him more than one goal in support, but it's clear the guy just loses his mojo in the shootout. On each of the Rivermen shootout goals, he telegraphed the obvious first move and the Peoria shooter simply waited. GOD AWFUL!

Marcoux is down in Quad City I heard. Maybe that's something to work on.
Krahn does play a conservative style. Which is great most of the time. Maybe a change-up to the repertoire? Caught the game minus the overtime (switched to the Calgary game). Krahn was pretty good up until then.

Marcoux is here, I went to practice on Thursday and saw him. Hard to mistake that schnozz.
I thought it was a great game. Violent, end to end action. What more could a hockey fan want?
