It's kind of hard to believe that Ryder has five points. He has been absolutely invisible since the first weekend.

It should also be noted that Matt Pelech is playing forward on the power play, they're sticking him right infront of the net. No goals came from it last game, but he did succeed in pissing off the goalie. He seems to have a knack for it.

Odd to see the 3 forwards with no points, are three guys who are expected to bring something to the table every night.

No kidding! I thought Germyn would come close to leading the team in scoring (second to Boyd), and VDG, after a solid season a year ago, especially in the +/- dep't, is making me think that might've been an anomaly.

But we're not watching these guys every night like QC fans are. Just judging them based on stats. Hambly's numbers are impressive though.

I think we can look forward to the Mean Coach McGill this next week with four games in five days.

It'll sort out the men from the boys.

Disappointing start for Boyd too. Second year of pro hockey, he should start to show some signs of dominating at this level if he's going to be a future NHL'er.

I guess with Nystrom up in Calgary and Ryder gone, we may see two of Donally, Seitsonen or Cracknell called up to QC.
