He really doesn't mince words. He was quoted saying this in today's QCOnline article:

“They executed on the power play and made plays,’’ McGill said. “We, on the other hand, have guys out there who don’t even know how to hold the stick correctly. On our power play (ranked 26th in the league coming in and 1-for-11 on Wednesday), we have Tim Hambly basically doing it on his own.’’
