Jets find a goalie!

WFP sources are confirming that the Jets have traded the #17 overall pick and Brett McLean to the Tampa Bolts for goalie Martin Gerber. More details to follow.

The Bolts are happy to move Gerber's salary and get another 1st round pick in the draft. As well, Mclean had a solid year with the NHL Avs and will be a solid CPHL 3rd liner this season.

On a side note, Mike helped me immensly when I joined the CPHL over a year ago. I am happy to be able to help him out with his goaltending situation now.
