I am still not able to view any rosters

Clean out your cashe and reboot your computer.

If that still doesn't work you have to wait until your service provider cleans out the main cashe.

I am still waiting.

have cleaned out cache and rebooted twice now

ya...this usuaally works...bend over....pick up the CPU and toss it out the nearest window. You wont gain access but you feel MUCH better!

Be carefull with throwing the CPU. Cheese gave me the same advice. Crap, my computer sure needed allot new parts!!!!!
