Just added live chat on my website...your thoughts?

it has become increasingly popular to have live chat support on websites. I decided to go ahead and have a live chat added to my website.
My question to you is: If you were to visit my website and had a question about real estate or a listing would you click on the live chat if it showed me as online or would you attempt to find out more on your own with something like google?

Just looking for general feedback / consensus on the idea
